Week 5 of cdcc

This week has been really hard, I had a wedding to go to yesterday and my asthma has been bothering me so I am not proud to say I went over my calorie goal and other than dancing and walking I didn't get much exercise in. I am 173.2 and I have been drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. It seems right now the only motivation I have is this group, and it does kind of bother me. I am trying to lose weight so bad that I'm dressing and gaining. I want to set small goals for myself and I'm trying to but when your outside forces are not allowing it, it does get really hard. We are now into 5 weeks and I will try my best to at least make it to 165 by the end of this challenge..

  2. One day at a time. That's all you can do at times. I have a poem that I look at on those days..
    Just for today, I will stay on my diet;
    Just for today, I will answer the call;
    Just for today, I will drink all my water;
    Just for today, I will give it my all!!

  7. Keep your chin up and when you feel like you can't do it just look at the cute pictures of the kids on this page and remember your motivation. Life gets hard, but we CAN overcome.

  8. It can be hard when those you love dont support you but sometimes that means that you need to use the outside support & show those you love that you are strong & worth it & you can succeed, with or without them & maybe they will then choose that it be with them:-)

  9. Small goals work. Set them, in concrete terms and then follow them. You can do this! Bloggins really is a wonderfully supportive community. It is strange to not have the support, positive reinforcements and advice from people in your every day world - but, here... you're not alone. Have a great week. Your can meet your goals.
